The individual who completes the reservation and payment process via the Seller’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of tours, activities, and related services offered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer through electronic means.
3. SERVICE INFORMATION
The service subject to this Contract includes:
- Tour, activity, or event services
- Date and time of the service
- Number of participants
- Transfer services (if selected)
- Total price including applicable taxes
All details are presented during the booking process and confirmed electronically.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
- The total price is clearly stated at the time of booking
- Payments are made via secure online systems
- Card information is not stored by the Seller
- Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers
5. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE
The Seller agrees to provide the service as confirmed.
The Buyer is responsible for being present on time at the agreed location.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION
Due to the nature of tourism and leisure services provided on specific dates, the right of withdrawal is limited.
Cancellation and changes are subject to the Cancellation Policy accepted during booking.
7. NO-SHOW
If the Buyer does not attend or is late, cancellation fees may apply according to the policy.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for delays or failure due to force majeure (natural disasters, regulations, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
Alternative dates or refunds may be offered.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Contract is governed by Turkish law.
Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the booking, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Contract, Privacy Policy, and Terms.
