1. Your Agreement – Reservation Policy
Thank you for booking your tour with tripmondi.com.
We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fair conditions for both our guests and our team. Please read the following terms carefully.
2. Cancellation Policy
Bookings made more than 24 hours before the tour:
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Bookings made less than 24 hours before the tour:
You may cancel free of charge up to 18 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
⚠️ Cancellations made within 18 hours:
50% of the total tour price will be charged.
Bookings made between 10–18 hours before the tour:
You may cancel free of charge within 15 minutes after making the reservation.
⚠️ After 15 minutes:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
3. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations
If you are not present at the pickup location or decide not to join the tour at the last moment,
50% of the tour price will be charged, as your reservation has been secured.
4. Flexible Changes
✓ Date Changes:
You may reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour.
✓ Tour Changes:
You may switch to another available tour up to 24 hours before the tour.
By completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
